What happens when you make a bill
Earliest-expiring batch picked automatically
FEFO (first-expiry, first-out) chooses the batch; expired stock and quantities above available stock are blocked.
GST calculated per line
CGST and SGST are worked out from each medicine's GST rate, including tax-inclusive MRP pricing, with automatic round-off.
Cash, UPI, card, bank or credit
Split or partial payments are recorded; credit is allowed only for a saved customer so dues stay traceable.
Doctor details for prescription medicines
Prescription and Schedule H items ask for the doctor's name before the bill can be saved.
Returns against the original bill
Returned items go back to the same batch and the bill is marked partially or fully returned.

Can SaathiX stop me from selling expired medicine?
Yes. Expired batches are skipped during billing, and a bill cannot take more quantity than the batch has in stock.
How much does SaathiX Pharma cost?
₹499 per month or ₹4,500 per year, plus 18% GST. Every plan includes billing, inventory, purchases, reports and staff access.
Does it work on a thermal printer?
Yes. Every invoice can be printed in A4 or thermal receipt layout from the browser, so any printer your computer can print to will work.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SaathiX runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Your data is stored securely online, so you can check the store from anywhere.
